I started my Early Years journey when my 1st child was born and alongside my partner John we created Tir Na nÓg Creche & Preschool in September 2002. We believe all children deserve to have a safe, educational, caring and nurturing environment to learn and grow in.
We strive every day to provide a lasting experience for each child that joins us at Tir Na nÓg / Rainbows End. I have 4 beautiful children of my own that keep me very busy and on my toes.

Centre Manager
Marisa holds a vault of knowledge regarding the Early Years Sector with over 23 years of experience and expertise.
Marisa has been with us for 15 years, mostly of which as our Centre Manager. Marisa is an advocate of Team Playing and her passion and deliverance of her skills to the littlest of people in our care is paramount to the service that we provide to all who join us at Tir Na nÓg

Ciara Desmond
Supervisor
Ciara has cared for babies from 6 months and had the privilege of caring for them as Afterschool Children right up to finishing primary school. Ciara holds years of knowledge and experience under her belt and has the enthusiasm and energy afforded to few to welcome her Preschool & Afterschool Children in year after year.

Aisling leads a busy room with huge responsibility and brings fun, energy, love and encouragement to all in her care and support to our parents returning to work. Her “Can Do” attitude is contagious to all around her.

Therese joined our team in 2009 shortly after completing her Level 5 Qualification, Therese took a career break in 2014 when she had her second beautiful daughter until re-joining us in September 2019. All the TNN Team were delighted to welcome Therese back alongside her new group - The Preschoolers. Therese now works in our Rainbows End centre with our Preschool Sessional group and our busy Afterschoolers. Therese’s’ love of Arts & Crafts are used daily in Rainbows with both groups.
